Terms of Service

The Service is strictly limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater. The Platform is not intended for, and must not be accessed or used by, anyone under this minimum age requirement.

By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with the Company;
• You are not barred from using the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction or any other applicable law; and
• All registration information you submit is truthful and accurate.

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to immediately suspend or terminate any account where we reasonably believe the user does not meet these eligibility requirements, without prior notice and without liability to you.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Age & Identity Verification

We may require you to complete one or more age or identity verification procedures, which may include government-issued identification checks, biometric or selfie-based verification, or verification through a third-party identity-verification provider. Failure to complete required verification, or submission of falsified verification materials, is grounds for immediate account suspension or termination.

Single-Account & Credential Responsibility

• Each user may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts, or an account on behalf of another person, is prohibited.
• Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, leased, or shared with any other individual.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at [security contact email] of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You agree that you will not, and will not assist or permit any third party to, engage in any of the following while using the Service:

• Illegal activity. Engage in, promote, or facilitate any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Commercial solicitation. Advertise, promote, or solicit for any product, service, or commercial venture, including third-party dating, subscription, or financial services, without our express prior written consent.
• Prostitution or commercial sexual services. Offer, solicit, advertise, or arrange to engage in prostitution or any commercial sex act, in exchange for money, goods, or any other item of value.
• Non-consensual content. Capture, upload, share, or distribute intimate images or recordings of any person without that person's explicit consent, including so-called "revenge porn" or content obtained through deception, coercion, or hidden recording.
• Harassment. Engage in harassment, stalking, threats, intimidation, hate speech, or abusive conduct directed at any other user.
• Human trafficking & exploitation. Use the Service, in any manner whatsoever, to recruit, transport, harbor, or exploit any individual for forced labor, sex trafficking, or any other form of human trafficking or exploitation, including any exploitation involving a minor. This conduct will be reported to law enforcement and relevant authorities.

This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. Engaging in any of the above, or in any conduct we reasonably determine to be harmful to other users or the integrity of the Service, may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and referral to law enforcement.

Ownership of Platform and Content

The Service, web applications, mobile interfaces, software, algorithms, code, database architectures, graphics, interactive maps, text, visual designs, audio, video, trademarks, service marks, logos, slogans, and all other content and materials contained on SkeetPatrol.com (collectively, the "Platform Content") are the sole and exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. Platform Content is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Trademark Rights

"SkeetPatrol," "Skeet Patrol," the SkeetPatrol logo, and all associated names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks and service marks of the Company. You must not use such marks without prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Limited User License

Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use SkeetPatrol.com solely for your personal, non-commercial use. No right, title, or interest in or to the platform or any Platform Content is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company.

Prohibition of Automated Access and Harvesting

You expressly agree not to extract, harvest, compile, or aggregate data from SkeetPatrol.com through automated or programmatic means. Specifically, you shall not:

• Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, deep-link, automated query tool, script, or other automated device or manual process to access, monitor, copy, harvest, index, or extract data from any portion of the platform, user profiles, map listings, or database directories.
• Bypass, override, or attempt to circumvent any technical restrictions, rate limits, robots.txt directives, CAPTCHAs, bot-detection mechanisms, or security shielding employed on the platform.
• Access private, non-public, or unauthenticated API endpoints, or manipulate API requests to retrieve bulk user data or service metadata.
• Systematically extract data from the platform to create, populate, train, or inform any searchable database, directory, competitive platform, or machine learning / artificial intelligence model without express prior written consent.

System Integrity and Reverse Engineering

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, underlying components, or operational logic of any part of the platform.
• Frame, mirror, overlay, or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, layout, user profile, or proprietary information of SkeetPatrol without written authorization.
• Introduce viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or other malicious code designed to disrupt, burden, or impair platform servers, databases, or networks.

Legal Recourse and Remedies

Any unauthorized scraping, data harvesting, or automated access constitutes a material breach of these Terms and a violation of applicable state and federal laws, including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA, 18 U.S.C. § 1030). We reserve the immediate right to terminate accounts, block IP ranges, deploy technical countermeasures, and seek civil statutory damages, actual damages, disgorgement of profits, and injunctive relief, together with reasonable attorneys' fees.

We provide in-app tools that allow users to report profiles, messages, photos, or other content that they believe violate these Terms. Reports may be submitted through the "Report" or "Block" functions available throughout the Platform.

We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to monitor, review, screen, or remove any content submitted to the Service, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. This review may be conducted through automated systems, human moderators, or a combination of both.

Zero-Tolerance Enforcement

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward underage access to the Service and toward any violation of Section 3 (User Conduct & Prohibited Activities). Any account found, through user reports, moderation review, or verification failure, to belong to a person under the age of 18 or to have violated our conduct policies will be permanently terminated without warning, and associated data may be retained as necessary to comply with Section 7 below.

We are committed to protecting children from exploitation and comply with all applicable federal reporting mandates, including obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, regarding the identification and reporting of apparent child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and other content or conduct involving the exploitation of a minor to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and, where appropriate, directly to law enforcement.

We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies, regulators, and courts in connection with any valid legal request, including subpoenas, court orders, and search warrants. Where legally permitted, we may disclose account information, content, and communications relevant to such requests, and we may preserve records for the period required or requested under applicable law.

We reserve the right to disclose information to law enforcement without prior notice to the affected user where we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to prevent harm to a minor, respond to an emergency, or comply with a legal obligation.

Service Provided "As Is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any user's identity, age, or intentions have been verified with certainty.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or in any in-person meeting arranged through the Service. You assume all risk associated with interacting with other users, including any offline meeting. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

Binding Arbitration

Except where prohibited by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered by [Arbitration Body, e.g., the American Arbitration Association] under its applicable rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court.

Class Action Waiver

You and the Company agree that any arbitration or proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against the Company.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entity & Billing Descriptor

All paid features, premium memberships, and token purchases are processed and billed by Douglas Digital Group LLC. Charges will appear on your credit or debit card billing statement as: DOUGLAS DIGITAL GROUP LLC (or an abbreviated variant such as DOUGLAS DIGITAL GRP LLC).

Payment Authorization

By submitting payment information, you authorize Douglas Digital Group LLC (and its designated third-party payment processors) to charge your payment method the designated amount, including any applicable taxes or recurring subscription fees.

Recurring Billing & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel renewal at any time via your account settings or by submitting a support request.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• 72-Hour Cancellation Window: You have seventy-two (72) hours from the initial transaction timestamp to request a full refund and cancellation of your purchase.
• Standard No-Refund Rule: Except for requests submitted within the 72-hour window, all purchases, subscription fees, and digital credits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Technical Error Exceptions: Douglas Digital Group LLC will review and issue prompt adjustments or refunds in instances of verifiable technical errors, including but not limited to duplicate billing, system processing errors, or charges resulting directly from verified technical failure of the platform.
• Refund Submission Process: To request a cancellation or report a duplicate transaction, you must contact customer support at support@douglasdigitalgroup.com within the applicable window, providing your account identifier, transaction date, and last four digits of the payment method.

Age Verification & Content Compliance

• Strict 18+ Requirement: Access is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). Misrepresentation of age constitutes a material breach and grounds for immediate account termination without refund.
• Prohibited Activities: Accounts found engaging in illegal acts, non-consensual content sharing, commercial solicitation/escorting, or harassment will be permanently banned with immediate forfeiture of any remaining subscription time or balance.

Information Collected for Billing & Verification

Financial Data: Payment transactions are handled securely by PCI-DSS compliant third-party merchant service providers. Douglas Digital Group LLC does not store full credit card numbers or CVV codes on its local servers. We retain only transaction metadata (such as transaction IDs, timestamps, amounts, and billing descriptor logs) necessary for tax records, dispute mitigation, and compliance.

Age & Identity Verification: We collect necessary device and session data to verify legal majority (18+) and comply with card brand integrity standards (e.g., Visa and Mastercard adult merchant compliance).

Disclosure of Information & Chargeback Prevention

Third-Party Payment Processors: Transaction information is shared strictly with our merchant acquirers, fraud prevention networks, and high-risk payment gateways solely to authenticate purchases, process recurring charges, and prevent fraudulent disputes.

To satisfy Visa/Mastercard BRAM and underwriting audit requirements, the following notice is placed directly above or adjacent to the final "Pay / Subscribe" button on the checkout screen:

By clicking "Complete Purchase", you authorize Douglas Digital Group LLC to charge your card. Charges will appear on your statement as "Douglas Digital Group LLC". You agree to our Terms of Service and acknowledge that you may cancel for a full refund within 72 hours of purchase, after which sales are final (barring technical/duplicate billing errors).
